About This Project:
At the end of the job it came to the attention of the Owner some of the units didn’t meet ADA clearances. Walls were too close, and hallways too narrow. Thankfully, Fuller Electric utilized PlanGrid extensively throughout the project. From breaking ground to final trim, we took progress photos that essentially gave us the ability to “see behind the walls”. We were able to pinpoint exactly where electrical and plumbing lines were, so Walsh Construction could surgically move the walls. When the dust settled, we saved LIHI thousands of dollars and cut down the time for the General Contractor to complete repairs.
